Academic Support

Academics are a high priority for the Lakeview PTSA. The majority of the Lakeview PTSA’s budget is spent on academic support and education enrichment programs. Art Program and Art Walk

This year, thanks to the Lakeview PTSA, our school is fortunate to have the services of a part time Art Teacher. The PTSA also supports art at Lakeview by providing the Art Enrichment Program. This program includes funds for art supplies, coordination of parent volunteer art docents classroom, lesson plans, and an annual Art Walk so kids can show off their work.

Before and After School Enrichment

Lakeview PTSA’s  Before and After School Enrichment committee arranges three sessions of before and after school classes for Fall, Winter and Spring. Lakeview Marathon

The 2019 Marathon will take place April 18-May 31 during lunch recess.  The Marathon is a traditional spring-time activity at Lakeview. Walk or Bike to School

Your child will receive a Bingo Board and Punch Card from their teacher. If your child walks or bikes to school, they should bring their card every day to the covered basketball court. They can get their card punched all week long, and they’ll have a chance to win prizes!


The Lakeview Elementary School Yearbook is a favorite student keepsake designed and executed entirely by volunteers. Each year volunteer photographers are recruited for each classroom.
