Ski Bus

October 25, 2017: The 2018 Ski Bus is full.

The Lakeview Ski Bus is open to 1st – 5th grade students at Lakeview. It is run by Snow Sports Consulting Services (SSCS) and is not a PTSA sponsored activity. It is included on the PTSA website as a convenience to Lakeview families. SSCS donates a portion of their proceeds to the Lakeview PTSA in exchange for help promoting this activity.

2017-2018 Important Dates

  • Information Night: October 11 at 7PM, Lakeview Library
  • Registration Deadline: November 14, 2017
  • Deadline for ordering discounted passes: December 15, 2017
  • Program Start Date: Wed, January 10, 2018


Registration for 1st-5th grade opens on October 16, 2017

Kindergartners may be allowed to join if there is space after registration for 1st-5th graders has ended. Please email if you wish to add a Kindergartner to the wait list. We will contact you after November 14, 2017 to let you know if there is space. Please note that a parent chaperone is required for each Kindergarten skier.

The tuition for the Lakeview Ski Bus program is $330 and includes the lessons and transportation only.

All skiers must also purchase a Summit Season pass. The discounted season pass cost is $309 + tax for ages 7-12 year and $79 + tax for 6 and under. Instructions for purchasing the pass will be sent after your completed registration has been received.

Please print and mail the completed registration form with tuition to SSCS 204 165th Ave SE Bellevue, WA 98008-4726.  Do NOT send registration forms or payment to Lakeview.

Enrollment is secured on a first come, first served basis, and registration must be accompanied with payment to secure your space.


The program starts in January at Summit Central Ski Area and continues for six consecutive weeks, unless weather forces postponement. If a cancellation occurs, we automatically extend the program the number of trips missed.

The bus loads at school at 2:15 P M and returns at approximately 7:30 P M in the evening. Adult chaperones will be on the bus.

Classes begin at 3:30 P M and are 2 1/2 hours long.

Season Pass applications and directions will be emailed to you once SSCS has received your registration form and tuition payment. Please be aware passes are purchased through the Summit @ Snoqualmie ONLY!  SSCS and Lakeview Elementary PTSA are not responsible for your passes.
