PTSA Membership for Lakeview Staff

The PTSA thanks you for all you do and for supporting the PTSA!

Staff memberships are discounted at $10 per year.

If you’d like to pay by cash or check please print out this form and return it with payment to the PTSA mailbox. Please make checks payable to Lakeview PTSA.

New this year, we have an online store for those who wish to pay by credit card.


First add yourself to our online system.  Enter your first and last name and it should find your membership from last year. If it finds you please click “yes this is me.” If your name isn’t already in the system, please add yourself.

 

After you click “yes, this is me.” You should go directly to a login page. You’ll need to create your login and password for the system.

 

 

Next go to our online store. Select the annual staff membership for $10 and add it to your cart. You’ll need to click “choose” and then click again to confirm adding it to your cart. If you are logged in you may enter your credit card information and complete the checkout. If somehow you made it to the store without creating an account (step 2), you’ll need to create one now.

 

The PTSA membership chairs will activate your membership within 2 business days or less. You will receive an email with your electronic WSPTA membership card which give you access to WSPTA benefits and discounts.
